Account Manager

Job description


  • Point of contact for one or more significant client accounts
  • Management and coordination of all services related to this/these accounts ( home finding, school finding, bank account openings, orientations etc.)
  • Communication and relationship building with HR contact or Global conultant to accept service authorization and assign eres field consultant
  • Communication with direct client/ RMC through the Relocation Program - sending regular updates
  • Handling all types of client requests (special assistance for assignees, pricing, remote location rental information, legal information especially with departures, lease renewals, case history…)
  • Negotiating cancellation fees in case of service cancellation request by assignee
  • Communication with assignee from the start of the service delivery right through to completion
  • Coordination and communication with eres Field consultants in Paris and remotely across France.
  • Monitoring of external Field Consultants invoices
  • Coordination and communication with third-party providers ( landlords, estate agencies, banks, insurance brokers etc.)
  • Handling and supervision of administrative steps
  • Responsible for input of invoicing information and 100% accuracy for these accounts; updating of weekly info for invoicing
  • Compliance with ISO and EuRA GQS requirements for relevant processes and procedures
  • Compliance with client specific requirements (updating client database and document requirements)
  • Regular client meeting for relationship building
  • Providing general information when requested (Brexit, BGRS savings report, SD tracking, payment tracking)
  • Training and supervising assistant(s) & Interns
  • Attendance of trainings
  • Attendance of Ops Meetings

  • University degree
  • Bilingual – excellent French and English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in management position
